Section FSR includes next classes:
- FSRH - racing hydroplans with combustion engines up to 3.5 cc, 7.5 cc, 15 cc and semisubmerged propeller.
- FSRV - racing models with combustion engines up to 3.5 cc, 7.5 cc, 15 cc and submerged propeller.
- FSR0 - racing models with combustion engines up to 3.5 cc, 7.5 cc, 15 cc and semisubmerged propeller.
